Hi everyone, Just joined the group yesterday. Very interesting materials...Lease on my Rav4 ends in about 6 months, and very much want to get into a Volvo, wife has an xc-70, 2004 thus far the best car we have owned. To get to the point I am looking at the 60R, 60 T5 and a 60 AWD. Want something sporty and able to use year round in New England. Also would like feedback on the new C-70 and the soon to be released S80. Plan on purchasing new and keeping at least 5 years. I've noted alot of problems with Volvo rims, and low profile tires. Should I stay away from these? Thanks again for a wonderful Forum.

 

Well for pure enjoyment I would go with the C70. Not as practical as the others but "wet dream" looks. For running down the road, really fast, the S 60R[8D]. If money is part of the equation then the T5 or the AWD. I have an S60 (not turbo) that I really like. For my tastes the S80 looks a bit too big (again, my opinion, don't all you S80 owners yell at me). When all is said and done I would probably go with the T5.
