Hello I have a 2006 Volvo S60 AWD. Ever since I got it, the glove box sometimes squeaks when driving either over bumpy roads or at highway speeds etc...

If I press on the front upper left corner of the face of the glove box, it stops squeaking. But only seconds after removing my hand, it starts up again.

I did searches in the forums, and it seems that people mostly suggest putting some sort of felt tape or something to dampen the sound.

I took it to the dealer and they re-seated the light in the glove box but that didn't help. Is there any suggestions as far as what to look for to fix the rattle?

Just the Felt tape.

We used to do it under warranty. To fix the noise.
