Default Has anybody used torque app

Instead of hooking up my scantool the old way and have a wire running from the OBDII I can get this on my phone. I'll need a blue tooth OBDII bluetooth adapter but the cost of both is minimal.

Anybody ever use this setup?

I use it all the time with a bluetooth adapter on my Android phone. Works like a charm. Got the adapter from Amazon for like $16 or $20 bucks.

The app is worth the 4 or 5 bucks, you get some extra features and it drops all of the annoying adds. Dropping the adds alone is worth the 4 or 5 bucks to me, I despise adds. I've had mine for some time now, but I remember that setting up and/or pairing the bluetooth adapter with the app was a pain in the ___ but it was likely my own fault for not following instructions. Note the app will turn on bluetooth, and it will be working in the background even if the BT symbol is not shown at the top of the display. Good luck!
