Two places I know to look don't have anything. Doesn't mean there isn't something available on the market though.

I'd highly suggest you call SAMCO and see if they have anything for you. The places that sell SAMCO's for Volvo's doesn't have anything for the s60R models.

If you want to play, you'll have to pay. Personally I would build my own kit. But Phuzzy makes it easy.

That is outrageous. Do not go with that. Completely not worth the money. Also nowhere does it say those are made with Silicone. Now the big picture suggests they are made of Silicone just by appearance, but I am not going def. say they are or aren't.

That is up there with the $1,500 downpipes.

This place is located about 1.5 to 2 hours from where I live.

Oh damn, thats definitely way too expensive and also too little information Any other suggestions? Is it easy to make such a kit on your own? Where can I find universal silicone hoses?

Well that guy charges heavy cash because he has a niche pretty much to himself for an already expensive car. The down pipe is actually 600 bucks if you read it, which is a decent deal. Considering IPD wants 800 for theirs. It's 1500 for their power pack which is includes the IC kit and downpipe.

Moving on and having analyzed this kit like a million times. Then went ahead and decided I would make my own for roughly 200 dollars. I submit this.

The intercooler phuzzy wants 200 for, looks eerily similar to this one.

and thats an expensive one on ebay. You can look around I saw one a few weeks back that was 130 shipped to your door.

Then you can buy an intercooler piping kit. And take a straight pipe and a u bend to a shop. HAve them them cut the ubend in half and reweld it together with a 20 degree twist to it, the attach 18 inches of straight pipe to one end. For the other end just cut one of the 45's after the bend.

So Like I said, It can be done for cheap, takes work. Phuzzy just makes it easy. Sad thing is you really won't pick up much power if any. BUt there will be more potential for power.

The sad thing is this guy only wants the turbo hoses. Nothing else and your trying to get him to do a whole FMIC kit.

All he wants are Silicone turbo hoses. Either purchase the from a company or some how make them himself. That is all he wants.

*Also back in the day IPD's downpipes were $1500 I know I saw them on their website. Also someone over on VS sells downpipes for just under $1,000.

Yes we all know were in a niche market and things are expensive, however there is a limit at which people say no thanks and will move on. $600 some odd dollars for a turbo hose kit is absolutely outrageous.

I for one am there and will not mod my car any more then it already is.

I'm not trying to get him to do anything, I was just talking about options. You know helping someone out rather than being funny, like you said for me to do in your email. And further more, he does say he's looking for an intercooler piping kit. Since there are no full silicone kits offered. Then hard pipes and silicon couplers are necessary.

All it says here is Silicone piping kit. That doesn't mean hardpipes. That means exactly Silicone turbo hoses.

Now if the OP had said something in the lines of I am looking for Silicone hoses and intercooler piping then that would mean Silicone turbo hoses and intercooler hard pipes.

However the OP only states they are looking for Silicone intercooler piping. And my guess is that since they are from POLAND that the translation is being lost to their English typing.

The way I am understading this is that they are only looking for Silicone turbo hoses for their stock intercooler setup. Not Silicone hoses and new intercooler piping (Hard pipes).

If the OP would come in here and correct us on this, that would be great.
