Default jack stand location

would somebody be willing to tell me exactly where to put the jack/jackstands when lifting the vehicle. This is a 2001 S60. The diagram in the manual wasn't very detailed, and I just want to make sure I'm using the right points before I trust my life to a jack stand.

I always use the Triangle looking plate where the subframe meets the body in the front.

The rear there is a section that is like a round piece that sticks down from the body.

I like to use that triangle plate as well. You could also try the small cylindrical metal bars on the side of the body under the black plastic under the doors. There are two right where the front and back doors meet. Look in the manual, it tells you.
