My wife's 2016 V60 sometimes has a "low battery" message appear. The car always starts instantly. Furthermore, the oil check can't be completed because of a "low battery" message.
Could this be the small "secondary" battery up closer to the passenger side of the engine bay?
Really got me puzzled. I feel like we gotta be able to use the computer to check the oil.

If they are the original batteries and 6-7 years old - that's an indication that they will need to replaced. Sorry
