I have a 2008 S60 2.5T with 222k on the clock. Have owned it since 2009 and 31k miles. If I let the car sit for a few days and start it, it will skip for 3-5 seconds and clear up. It has gone into limp mode 1 time but went off within 0.1 mile. Car gets 28+ mpg and drives just like it always has.
Any ideas?

 

fuel pressure sensor ok? sounds like fuel pressure is bleeding out of the rail and requires a few seconds to build up to normal when doing a cold start.
