So lets just say, have a beautiful Volvo s60, 2002, price was right and trying to make it run right, bought it today, pulled the throttle body off first thing, cleaned the throttle body, no change in idle, still rough. Replaced spark plugs and vacuum lines, still has a rough idle. The previous owner replaced O2 and cleaned the throttle body which looks new. I believe the TPS/ETM is shot but not sure. Have a replacement MAF showing up Monday. Codes are P0068, P0634 and P0171. After reading on the forums here it seems like the ETM is crap, needs to be rebuilt, probably our problem but I'm really looking for anything else I missed. Idle issue may be 2-fold with a shot MAF and a shot TPS/ETM, nto sure. .
