Hi folks,
A newbie here. Keep getting Oil Service Required Warning coming up. Does this really mean that there's too much oil ? Never had a car that doesn't have a manual dipstick ( feel a bit of a dipstick having to ask.)

 

not likely too much oil - when was the last time it was serviced? any signs of oil leaks? I'd be more concerned with low oil level. Best to get the fault codes read at the dealer.

 

Without pressing the brake pedal down push your start button and hold it until the dash lights all turn on (about 2-3 seconds). Afterwards use the menu navigation buttons (scroll wheel, OK, and reset buttoms located on your turn signal lever) to select the oil icon. After, you'll see a digital "dipstick" showing your oil level. Then you'll know if it's low.
