P0236 & P0237 Yes I have searched
Okay, so i recently acquired a 2002 Volvo s60 t5 with 149k miles. It currently has 4 codes stored, but one is from an ETM issues (the code was for it being stuck open so I will try to clean it when I get the chance) and the other was a evap leak, which the scan tool quoted as being "a very small leak" which is most likely the gas cap since the seal around the cap is cracked.
The other two codes i get are p0236 and p0237. Now I have searched extensively on these two codes, and it seems from the results there are two things that apparently cause this. One is a bad turbo control valve, the other is a bad/dirty map sensor.
Is there any way that I can diagnose which one it may be? I'm not exactly made of money at the moment, so I don't want to order parts that aren't needed and/or that can just be cleaned.
Thank you for any help.
