I have been having trouble with my window to where it goes down making noises and goes up crooked. I am trying to replace the small blue window regulators but I noticed that this metal seems to be bent. Can I readjust it myself with force? Any advice?

 

As far as I am aware, there is nothing that stops you from readjusting the bend arm of the window regulator. Make it straight with some pliers and a straight edge, for checking, no problem. Good luck!
