The only way to make it work again properly without going back down automatically is to pull the fuse for a few then put it back in. How do i fix that? Thanks

 

while on the driver side, put the window all the way down, then use the auto up feature, and pull the fuse just as it reaches the top, turn car off. reinsert fuse, test to make sure it works.

I am pretty sure they is a certain way to hold the window buttons down to reset the top that way, but I do not recall the procedure. You can also find videos on how to reset the stop on automatic windows on youtube.
