Recenlty I changed coolant radiator. My mechanic installed used volvo one. Radiator has a sticker Behr Hella 8MK 376 774 231. I need new drain plug for it. The problem is that it is using different design of the drain than the oryginal one which was threaded. Now I need simmilar to the one on attached picture. Searching with number I provided above the radiator is dedicated to different volvo models only. Does any of them had this type of dain plug? When I went to volvo dealer they want to search via VIN number which is directing them to oryginal radiator. I can not find track what kind od radiator I have and how to find the plug for it.
Behr is a well known after market provider - if you google the part number you will find suppliers and see the part also fits Audi/VWs. I'd find a web parts shop like FCP Euro or Autohaus AZ who sells that part to see if they can score you a drain plug
The petcock on the picture is just for reference. It is 3mm to big vs the rad opening. I got it in on rad service shope. But unfortunatelly does not work.

But what is the part number?
Volvo part number leads to oryginal rad which had different petcock.
You noted the radiator has a Behr Hell sticker with 8MK 376 774 - that's a Behr part number. you can google that or search Amazon to find online stores who carry that. Note that part number doesn't show as being compatible with Volvos. If you use the Volvo part number, you'll see Genuine Volvo parts. Did your mechanic install a radiator with out a petcock? not sure how you got to this point but seems the original supplier should be the one providing the part you need (unless it broke or its leaking - which is where I'd go back tot he mechanic. In my opinion, I'd never recommend installing a used radiator. Most of the cost is in the labor so to try and save $50 on a job with a part of unknown quality seems risky. BTW, a new in the box Behr radiator for a 2006 Volvo S60 T5 goes for $112 at FCP Euro.
