2004 S60 Radio HU613 6-8 speakers?
Recently, the front speakers began a high pitched squeal. The noise continues even when the radio is turned off until the car is shut off. I stopped by two stereo shops and was toldprobably the amplifier has gone bad.
I was given an estimate of $990 to fix the problem.I have gone online to find an amplifier with no luck. I have also searched (trunk and under seats)the car and cannot find an amplifier. In addition, I pulled the 30a fuse for the amplifier, but the noise stayed the same.

Does anyone have suggestions?
Do you know where the amp is located?
Who might sell the amp?
