radio wires cut

my son got a radio for graduation and he went to install it! well he cut the wires on the wire harness ugh!so he rewired a new harness and installed it.....now his radio,speedometer,airconditioner,gas gage and windows wont work!!!! please help

it is a 2001 volvo s60!

First step is check the fuses. All of them.

Yeahp,he probably Shorted something and the Fuses have Blown.
