So I'm a tall guy and so is my 2 year old; we fight constantly for room with him sitting directly behind me. I kinda want to just get a volvo Oem booster seat but thought also about pulling out his back and replacing it with a v70 booster seat. Can I? should I?

 

I don't know if the two are interchangeable. I've never been inside the v70, but the seat backs might have a different design (maybe not) where the latch locks the seats securely. I don't know if they latch in the same location. If they do match, go ahead and do it. One piece of advice: just as a precaution, disconnect the battery on your vehicle until the swap is complete. Who knows, if you don't you might set off the airbag light.

 

Thanks I think I'm jus going to place his seat in the middle in the back. I've read that is safer anyway.
