Does anyone know what other makes or model vehicles rims are interchangeable with a 2006 Volvo S60.

 

Your S60 uses 5x108 bolts with a 40 to 50ET offset (depending on rim width) and a 65.1mm center bore. You should be able to use rims from other FWD volvos including 94+ 850s, V/S/C70s from 98 to 09, S60s from 01 to 09, S80s to 05. The newer models went down to a 63.4mm center bore so those don't fit.
