Hi all

I'm having a bit of a problem with my 2013 S60!!, the car is a 1600cc T4 model, year 2013 with 4000 km on it (Still new)

When I stop and put the gear on N from D, I get this judder and hear a soft bang (Not loud). It doesn't happen often, but 50% of the times I put on N from D. This has been happening from day one after I bought the car.

Sometimes the downshift between gears (2nd to 1st for instance) is not too smooth either but no bang or judders or any funny noises though.

Anyone has an idea what's wrong? It's my 1st time driving automatic transmission, could this be normal??

Thanks a lot, so this means what I'm experiencing is not normal. The car is scheduled anyhow soon for service, I'll also bring up this issue then.
