I heard a rumor that volvo might sell a Double Din kit for the S60 and S80, Save you a lot of money if you buy that and ask tweeter or other audio shop to install it...
Ebay also sells the pre-made kit for the other style head units, so it looks nice and flush.

Anyways, its a 03 s60 all stock right now. LCD is a MUST, as the audio is secondary to nav / in dash dvd. Matching head unit would be ideal, but a foldout is fine.
I was looking at the Alpine IVA-D310 - its a little more then I *originally* was intending to spend, but it looks like a perfect fit.

Hey, I just instaled a Clarion Multimedia Station to my 2004 s60, VRX765VD, THIS HAS IT ALL, IT EVEN HAS A IPOD INTEGRATION, WITH A SPECIAL CABLE YOU CONECT YOUR IPOD AND ALL THE IPOD SCREEN APEARS IN THE SCREEN THEN YOU CAN DO IT ALL IN THE MOTORIZED SCREEN, IT HAS THE NAV, AND THE SAT RADIO.
THIS SYSTEM ROCKS.
