I have a S60 D5 2.4 td and when driving hard through the gears the car seems to loose power as though it is hitting some kind of fuel cut.
I have read the ECU and the DTC stored is :-

P0244 Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid (A) N75 Range/Performance

Does anyone know the location of this valve?
Can you clean the valve?
any info would be brilliant.

Find the turbo unit and you will see the wastegate and the wastegate Valve you can follow the hose back till you find a valve like setup.Sometimes it is mounted on the side of the air box or very near it.
