S60 Front Brakes

Can anyone help? I have a 2005 S60 & I can't get the front calipers up enough to remove the pads. I also need to swap the rotors out.

Did you remove the allen screws all the way?
Did you remove the anti rattle springs?
You need to back the allen screws out all the way and the caliper will slide off.
Then you remove the caliper bracket then rotor.

I know it should be that simple but I can't seem to get the pads to release enough to allow for removal of the caliper. ??

HMM not sure without seeing it then.

drive a flat screwdriver between the caliper and the pad, this will compress the caliper piston enough to wiggle the caliper off the brake pads.
