S60 Position Bulb Failure

Before anyone jumps on me, I have read all of the threads I can find on this and cannot locate one specific to my issue.
I have a 2003 S60. The bulb position failure light came on and in checking, the entire upper bracket of lights is out on the passenger side of the car. I have replaced every bulb, bought a brand new bracket and tried new and old bulbs, nothing is working. Repair shop is telling me that it could be the fuse panel located in the trunk, or just a card in the panel. Either way, looks like a visit is required to the dealership. Anyone have any ideas on the problem or possible fixes outside of a $$$ dealer visit? Any assistance is appreciated.

try the fuse box on the drives side, pull your owners manual and it will tell you the positions of the fuse and what they do....if that doesnt work check the fuse box under the hood maybe a bad relay I can't think of anything else causing that issue unless you have a short somewhere which is possible but unlikely...try the above mentioned and repost your findings! good luck
