Hello! I have never owned a Volvo before and i am considering purchasing this car:

2002 Volvo S60 2.4T (Low Miles/Gas Saver)

I am going to meet with the owner in about 3 hrs.

I have a few questions:
1. Edmunds values it at $3900 and KBB at $5200. Which is more realistic?
2. Any known issues/gotchas I should keep an eye out for?
3. Any other advice is appreciated.

Buy newer, 03 oldest I would consider 04 or newer is better. Early 2000's have transmission and electronics issues. Expensive to repair.
