Default S60 Smartphone Head Unit

After looking for after market stereo options I decided instead to look in my pocket. I now use a Google Nexus One as my headunit and GPS. Hope this is posted in the correct place. Here is how I did it...

(1) Audiovox FM Modulator with Isolation transformer $49.99 at Frys
(1) Volvo to Motorola Antenna adapter for Head Unit. $14.99 at Car Toys
(1) Volvo to Motorola Antenna Adapter for Volvo Antenna. $14.99 at Car Toys
(1) Package of Radioshack splice connectors (power the modulator off the lighter) $1.99
(1) TRRS Video to RCA Cable (old iPod video cable, purchase off amazon) $.09+shipping
(1) Pack of "Industrial" Strength velcro $2.49 @ Fred Meyer
(1) Hardcase for Nexus one from T Mobile $19.99
(1) Old Meguiars spray detailer bottle $?

Bare minimum Steps:

1. unhook battery negative
2. Put key in, Move gearshifter back (leave key in)
3. remove pen holder plastic (if applicable and with geartronic)
4. remove CCM (angle out slightly, create space in between CCM and HU with bone tool, work out from upper sides with bone tool. I did not unhook the wires)
5. remove head unit (I did NOT unhook the wires)
6. Connect wiring: Antennas, RCA connections. *Note which band the modulator is set to*
7. Route the audio cable and the on/off switch down and up through the opening below the CCM where the pen holder is. turn the modulator switch on and leave the switch moderately accessible behind the pen holder plastic.
8. Route the power and ground cables between the HU mounting tabs (with the CCM cabling)
9. Connect the +12v for the modulator to the purple wire on the lighter with one of the Splice connectors.
10. Stuff the remaining wiring/modulator in the space behind the stereo on the right (there is room)
11. reinstall the stereo
12. Connect the modulator return to one of the screws holding in the stereo.
13. Reinstall the CCM.
14. Reinstall the pen holder plastic piece.
15. Turn the key to position 2 and leave it there.
16. Reconnect the battery negative.
17. Shift back into Park, start the car and Enjoy!

*Please note* I used a video cable as my device is running Android 2.2, which has a software bug in tolerancing for the headset, if you use a regular audio cable it misreads movement as button presses and skips songs. solution is to use a TRRS cable (video has this) and just dont plug in the video. So if you are running Android you probably will have the same issue.
