My 2006 S60 is experiencing intermittant starting problems. About once a month, when I start it (warm engine), it sputters badly and shakes. If I turn off the ignition and re-start it, it starts OK. Occasionally the check engine light comes on with the following codes:

ECM120D - Intake air sensor/Air mass flow - low signal
121B - MAF Low Flow
212D - Fuel Trim Bank 1 - Low
21ED - Fuel Trim Bank 1 - Low
216D - Fuel Trim Bank 1 - Low

Any suggestions on fixing this?

 

There's been a recall from Volvo for this problem, its the Air Mass Flow, they put in a new resister and reprogram.

Call your Volvo dealer and with your serial number they will tell you.
