PLEASE HELP STARTING PROBLEMS W S60
Guys I need massive help here. Volvo 2001 s60 T5 is driving me nuts. It starts 90 out of 100 times. When it fails to start all lights come on inside and out and its only clicks once so its not the starter. Volvo found nothing wrong with it the first time, then I made them keep it there til they could get it to act up....they said it was teh voltage regulator and fixed it. I've had the belt changed and a new battery put in as well. Tonight it did it again, went to the gym turned off the car and had a bad feeling when I did...tried to start it up, no dice just the click. Went and worked out and it started right up. This thing is killing me, when it doesn't start usually if I wait 10-15 min it will start back up but its a pain in the butt and volvo can't help. Any ideas before I send it back to the shop? The other thing I noticed is when it does start right up its not the best turn over and is a "wimpy"start adn barely gets to two on the tach. Any thoughts at all guys...PLEASE HELP.

I would say a bad starter. If you hear a click and it doesn't turn over and it does it more when hot Starter gets my Vote.
Either you hook a wire up with a light bulb and ground to the little wire on the starter and watch it every time you start the car. If the light lights up when the car acts up and it won't crank over the starter is bad.
Or have the Dealer do it.
