is the block damaged or just the crank/rod bearings?

Where are you located? You should be able to find a used short block at a recycle yard (car-part.com is a good resource for North America) and you can find compatible engines/models that have the same bottom end as yours. Usually the iterations on the engine numbers refer to changes to the supporting systems not necessarily the short block. Google "volvo modular engine wiki" to get a sense of how the T5 engine iterations varied.

Hi, the engine is B5254T12 - the block is damaged by crank/rod bearings... I'm from Poland.
