What can I do about squeaky brakes? Dealer just lubed them(front) and within 10mi they are screaming again. Thanks

 

Im not to sure I know Volvo put out a bulletin about it but I think it was to just grease the pads.Did you call them back and tell them there was still a problem.I have seen them replace the pads after the 2nd complaint.

 

I've just had my 60R a week now, bought it used with 5k miles. Noticed the previous owner already had the rear brakes replaced under warranty. They are pretty squeeky (much more so than the Brembos on my sti). Going to have the dealer check them out when I take the car in.

 

Thats a good Idea I beleive they have the fix for it now.

 

Hi, I just took it to the dealer for an oil change, told them about the squeaky brakes. They put a damper on the front and totally replaced the rear brakes under warranty. Quiet as can be now :-)

 

Im glad it is quiet now.
