Default Stalling an Automatic?!?!

I have a 2004 Volvo S60 with 47,000 miles on it, and I keep it up very well, but recently my car (Vinnie) has been stalling. Okay first off I never knew it was possible to stall an automatic, but this is the 6th time its done it since I've had it. Is my transition going? This is the second time in two days its happened. Also, I don't know if this means anything, but it seems to happen when I'm going through a turn, only once did it not stall while turning.
=[
Any ideas? Suggestions?
I love my car, I would rather NOT get rid of it but I don't know whats going on with Vinnie.

Does the idle drop very low when coming to a stop.

Have or clean the throttle body and see if that fixes it.

I have an '04 S60 also, and notice that the RPM's dip when turning also, but not to a stall. Where is the Throttle Body located? Is it easy to clean?

Follow the big hose from the air filter box to the motor. Where is attaches to the motor is the throttle body.

So I just have to take off the hose clamp and clean what I see?

Yes but make sure you open the throttle blade and clean that as well.

Well that was pretty easy... Had no build up before the blade, and wiped out a little black oily soot on the other side of the blade. I'll post later in the week if this helped or not. I appreciate the directions.

Didn;t see much improvement. Maybe just a little peppier on the gas, but the RPMs still fall to 500 when I come to a stop (from about 1100). In talking with some friends, one of them told me to run some SEA FOAM through the tank, and also to spray some Carb. cleaner into the throttle body to clean it out... Any concerns about that? Pretty sure they've never worked on a Volvo, want to make sure that I'm not going to do something that might kill it.

Yes use some carb cleaner. Also the seafoam works pretty good as well.
