strange dragging noise when turning at low speed after new struts and mounts
Had new front struts and strut mounts and rear shocks installed 2 days ago. Drove home fine. But the day after, when I started it up and started turning at stationary and at very low speeds, it started making a creaking sound like something was dragging on the driver's side strut region. The sound goes away at speed or maybe I just don't notice it due to road noise. I thought it could be the bearing, but the strut mount is brand new. All suspension parts were KYB, so they're pretty decent quality. I will bring it back to the shop if need be, but any thoughts on what it could be?
Maybe the backing plate is rubbing on the rotor. Maybe they bent the backing plate slightly making it rub.
