Default Stuttering Problem

I have an 03 s60 that when I cold start it, it stutters but it does not dies and stops stuttering when I pit it in gear. Then when I am coming to a stop the car stutters until I stop but it still doesn't die. I replaced the throttle body and checked for leaks and have found none.
The car also has these 2 codes: P2187 and P0507

the P2187 is a lean mix at idle - which suggests an intake air leak somewhere - torn vacuum line, intake boot etc. These can be hard to find so after doing a visual inspection for the obvious, you can spray around with some carb cleaner to see if any gets sucked in and bumps the idle. After that, you'd probably need a smoke test done. Another thing to check is the PCV system as its tied into the intake.

Last thought - who did the work on replacing the throttle body and how long ago was that? These are drive by wire cars so I'm wondering if the calibration was done correctly.

I replaced the throttle body since it was the Bosch one which is plug in according to FCP Euro and other forum members, I also replaced the gasket. I did the glove test to check the pcv system and it was good. I also did the smoke test which was also good. Finally i checked for vacuum leaks and did not find any leaks, the last thing I have to do is spray around with carb cleaner to see if it raises the rpms.
