Default "suggested services" at 135k maintenance Q

Took my 2006 S60 2.5T in for 135k maintenance (it has ~138k on it). I've only owned this car since late 2016.
Some items need attention, per the dealer service department. The estimates are really high, wondering what I might trust to a non-dealership service place;
  1. Replace Front Sway bar links - $290
  2. Brake fluid flush (fluid is dark/dirty/contaminated) - $209
  3. Replace Fuel Filter - $129
  4. Replace center muffler hanger - $157
  5. Cooling system flush - 229
  6. (135k Maintenance - $370)
  7. (replace head lamp - $45)
I'm thinking that I should have the brake fluid done there at the dealer. Anything else I could trust elsewhere? (Muffler shop, quickie oil change joint, local mechanic)
Thanks

Items 1 + 2 are things that I asked about (squeaky front end, and soft brakes).
