so the other day I did a muffler delete and btw it is awesome! anyways I opened the sunroof and have been enjoying the I5 turbo sounds and the nice Iowa weather. The next day I tried closing my sunroof and it won't close for some reason. Any ideas on why this prob is happening? Anyone else with this issue?

 

similar issue for me, i picked up a 96 turbo wagon and now the sunroof wont close all the way, stops about a third of the way, sometimes gets half way with pulsing of the motor. attempted removal of the motor and manual closing as per the robertdiy vid but no avail, she's super stuck. picked up a replacement motor with the manual close screw and i'm going to see how that goes. i think the problem lies in something on the rails or stuck cables. might get a piece of wood and some black duct tape to cover it in the meanwhile if i cant fix it myself :/
