Question Tail light issue

Ok so im trying to change the position bulb, when i unlatch the cluster how do i get the bulbs out? They feel real real tight in there, i tried pulling it out for a bit, but after some time i was afraid i was going to break the contraption. Is there some locking thing that keeps the bulbs in place?

The top cluster (#1-3) is what im talking about (im trying to get a #2 out)

Gently push in the bulb and rotate counter-clockwise. When installing the new bulb, consider applying a little dielectric grease to help prevent corrosion.
