Default Temp. Gauge and Dash Problems

ok so I have some problems guys, i have a 01 s60 t5 with 75k. I am having some issues with the temp. gauge and also I have check engine light on the code says its an o2 sensor. The temp gauge isnt even telling my temp, the gauge needle is just hanging straight down, it moves a bit when it starts up but it doesnt go up to any temperature. I also just started to leak coolant, could these be related? Now for the 02 sensor, where is the o2 sensor and is there more than one? Any ideas would really be helpful.

The temp could be one of 2 things Bad thermostat or dying radiator may be both.Where is the coolant leaking from?
The o2 sensor are 1 top of the engine right behind the Turbo. If you look behind the engine from the top you will see in the passanger side center a heatsheild with the O2 right there. The 2nd one is under the car right at the CAT or downpipe. Its connected right above the first bracket. That is where the CAT is O2 in the top of it.

Im not sure how much car skill you have but the Rad for these car are crazy $ to have a shop replace $800 at my local indi shop. But if you have the time and a little skill this is how its done.http://turbobil.com/SMF/index.php/topic,122.0.html Im going that way. I can find a better way to spend the $ and from looking at the link whats a Saturday for anyway.
