I recently bought a 2007 S60 T5 AWD with 46k.( I bought a 2005 similar w/56k and replaced timing belt at app. 65k)
....I asked dealer about timing belt and he did visual and said it looked good with no cracking or fraying....I looked also and confirmd. Question is with it being 15 years old should it be replaced regardless of low miles and visually looking ok? Car has been well maintained and looks like new inside and out and hate to think of the nightmare scenario of broken belt. I think I know my answer but just wanted opinions....Thx Bill/Indy

Yes, if you do not replace the timing belt and components - and it fails - it will cost you a several thousand dollars to replace the bent valves. Your choice.
