Arrow Turn Signals and Steering Switches Not Working

Hello, excited to be a part of this forum. I have a 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T and I have been trying to figure out why the turn signals along with the other switches on the steering wheel are not working. I have checked all the fuses along with all the turn signal bulbs and they all look good. The hazard lights work perfect. I have installed a new Steering Angle Sensor, but I still have the same problem. I have also replaced the turn signal switch( I used a used one). The windshield wipers work with only one speed.
I read that it could be the relay flashing switch but I question why would that affect the other components of the steering wheel. At this point I don't even know where the relay switch is if there is one.

Usually that means one of the bulbs is not working - front or rear -
