My friend has a Volvo V60 2012 and wants to install some kind of adapter, but needs to know where to put the R, R+ , L and L+. Is there any diagram that can tell me this?

You'll need to tell us what radio model it is. I may be wrong on this next part, but if I had to guess, they are in the smaller gray plug (with the large gray insulation). Usually the L & R +/- are stripped / solid versions of each other and I am not seeing that on the main plug. On my older volvo they were on the smaller plug.

A more experienced user can probably give you a better answer.

 

Couple of choices - with or without center speaker and subwoofers. Your picture looks like the IAM (the bottom diagram). the US wiring diagrams do not include v60 for 2012 - they were not imported here until 2014. This diagram is for a s60. Speaker position is shown on the audio or IAM module on the left of the diagram.
