Hi looking to move to a V60 as I'll admit I've loved the look of the latest generation V60/V90 wagons for years now, but when they came out I was just starting a family and our high mileage Mondeo (10 years ownership and nearly 200,000 miles now) has served us well without issues.

I'm still looking for a family car with good space and as you can tell don't shy away from high mileage but we also we've mostly had diesels but don't do as many miles anymore. Also don't want to go full electric so looking at the T6 Recharge to dip my toes into hybrids and it seems to have good figures.

Saw on the forum and a few places that the timing belt needs replacing earlier than the stated 100k and also that the supercharger can be an issue. Is there anything else to be wary of when looking at a 2021 V60 T6 Recharge around the 100k miles mark?

Also what are people getting economy wise around towns and long distance motorway journeys?

Really would like to join the ownership but I also want to keep this for another 10 years and 100k miles if I can.
