V60 tailgate jammed

Default V60 tailgate jammed
Hi all - got a bag strap caught in the tailgate latch - won’t open, can hear the latch trying to unlock when pressing the tailgate but it’s jammed solid. Any way to get it unlocked or unstuck? Thanks. V60 SE Lux

I'm having a similar problem ... a brown paper bag got stuck in the tailgate latch and now the tailgate won't open.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
