My Volvo has been having problems for the last few months that causes it to idle rough and eventually stall, i can drive it fine over 30 kmph but usually it stalls once before i manage to accelerate and it runs rough and then smooths out. I replaced MAF sensor (obd II gave code for bad MAF) that changed it a little but it was still running rough, and recently cleaned the fuel injectors and changed the o rings . i just got a autel maxidiag elite and it gave a code these codes : p0068, p0221, p0134 in OBD II and i also checked the ecm codes with VIN and it gave 5 codes (codes in photos) , i'm not sure what to look into and i can't seem to find anything on google. Any help would be great
