Volvo S60 T5 BSR?
Hi Everyone,
New to the board and was searching to see if anyone has any feedback on the ECU upgrade from BSR?
http://www.bsr-tuning.eu/products/n36/t/
I am traveling to sweden shortly and can pick on up there and save the shipping and duty,
Anyone have any good/bad reviews?
I live in Montreal, Canada and was told by my local dealer that they can perform the mod for $600 CAD, the unit sells for about 1000$ CAD.
Your feedback is Greatly appreciated.
Cheers

RE: Volvo S60 T5 BSR?
The BSR unit is just a tuner you stick into your OBDII port and the program that is on the tuner will tune the car. You remove the tuner and your on your way. You can also go back to stock mod, since the BSR tuner saves the stock info of the car. So if you want to the dealer or you didn't want you child to have a sporty car you can make it go back to stock. Just by plugging it back in and hitting a few buttons.
IMO it is crazy exspensive, but I have heard many good reviews about it.

Thanks for the advice,
One other question, Will this tuning (BSR) reduce the lag on take off? (3K RPM)? I feel the car is a mule before 3 K RPM.
Any good advice on chaning the Air filter? I read some reviews with a few cons regarding K & N , I was told that the cold air (honeycomb) K&N is worth trying..... anyone?

I haven' had any problems with K&N cone or panel filters. If your concerned then go with a stock paper filter.
