Default Water on garage floor

I had driven the car for a while today with the AC on. There is a significant amount of water puddling under the car.
As this is my first Volvo, is it normal to have a big puddle of water from the AC condensation?

It is an 2004 S60R 6M.

it is normal to have a puddle of water under the car....that means its draining properly, if you didn't have a puddle i would be concerned that the drain line could be clogged...what do you consider a significant amount of water??? both of the volvo's i have owned leave a puddle of water.... I would say depending on what you have your temperature set determines how often the compressor comes on and that could have a bearing on the amount of water your seeing

it's not huge, but i guess because the floor is level...it just pooled, whereas on the street it goes towards the curb.
i am less concerned now. thanks!

I assume you used the always reliable fingertip dip and ta Flste it test to learn that it was, indeed, water and nothing else?

How much water is in part a function of humidity. Less will puddle in Arizona and in South Florida.

That is caused by condensation so don't worry about it. Enjoy ur ride and be safe

embarrassed to say, yes it was an extreme amount of water, no it didn't come from the car.
it did however come from the ceiling above the car when the washer leaked in the house!
