I bought a 2004 S60 2.4 FWD off lease. Only problem found on inspection was water or some condensation in front passenger headlight. It does not seem to get worse with rain or car wash nor dry out during warm dry weather. I cannot see any cracks in the glass or tears in the rubber seals around it. I can live with the look of it, but does this pose a mechanical problem that is going to get worse? Can the headlight assembly be easily removed by an average non-mechanic owner?
