Default Wheel spacers on a s60 (5mm)

Dose anyone know anything about wheel spacers on there s60? see one? used them? know anything about them?

I was thinking something very small like a 5mm space would be cool. That the one thing that bug me about the my s60 is it seems the wheel is a bit too tucked into the car..

Are there any bad side effects? See like I would rub less lol (17" wheel)

Due to the fact Volvo uses Lug studs instead of nuts I don't think you would have enough threads to hold the wheel on safely.

there only 5mm, and they sell longer lug studs. (I need new ones anyway, mine are ugly)

Be very careful doing it.
I have seen someone install studs and use nuts with spacers on aftermarket rims.
We rotated the tires and did everything according to the Rim Manf, specs and still all 4 wheels come loose while he was driving.
