Will these wheels fit?

Just leased a 2017 S60 Cross Country wagon. Looking at wheels and tires for winter use.
Found a great deal on four wheels. Having trouble determining if they will fit, and be appropriate for my wagon.
Stock tires are 235-50 18", If I'm reading the specs right, they are on an 8" wheel.
Wheels I've found are for for a 225 - 245 x 55 or 60. 18" x 7" wide
I'm not sure what the hub bore and offset are on my wheels, but on the found wheels, they are 67.1mm and ET: +49.
Additional information needed? Anyone able to help?
Thanks!

Your car's specs:
S60 Cross Country Bolt Pattern
PCD 5x108
Stock wheel offset 50 to 55 mm
Center bore (hub bore) 63.4
Thread size M14 x 1.5
Stock Rim Sizes Range 18x7.0 – 19x8.0
Tire sizes 215/65 R16 – 235/45 R19
So yes they will fit but you will need to use hub centering rings to convert down from 67.1 to 63.4 mm. These cars are "hub centric" meaning the center hub is uses to align the rim not the lug bolts, so the correct center bore is essential.
