It ran back in January, had some electrical issues then but wouldn't "not" start. There were voltage irregularities in headlights, one tag light wouldn't work, tranny shift flares and trunk operation worked when it wanted to.
Then blew head gasket. Did head gasket job and back together, now only starts 1/25 key turns. When it pops off it starts right up and drives without a problem, but 95% of the time it doesn't start... When I turn key it might engage fuel pump or not, might turn over without fuel pump engaging, or nothing at all. No codes come up with my basic reader.
** I repaired passenger headlight when I got the car. It was shorted out on it's self due to retention clip "clipped" without required plastic bulb back. I feel like that may be related.

 

sounds like you have a connection issue - check battery cables, fuses, relays, relay sockets for 12V, test relays, test the ignition switch (try giving the key a wiggle next time it fails) etc. Don't forget to ask for a new multimeter for your birthday...
