I've changed the whole dash cluster out and same problem, odometer/speedometer doesn't work. I do have an ABS light on the dash. Should I spend the money on an ABS tester?

 

or more likely spend your $$ on a rebuild of the ABS controller board. The speed sensors go through the ABS board, which are prone to cracked solder joints. Check out Rocha-Tek, Midwest ABS or XeModex web sites for common symptoms of a bad ABS controller. Also you should be able to go to Autozone etc to rent/borrow an OBD2 code reader that can read ABS codes.

 

My OBD II reader show no ABS codes.

 

I second getting the ABS unit tested/repaired........
