Default 2.5 se

I got a 1998 Volvo S70 2.5 SE, I was just wondering, is there a special reason why it has a 2.5 badge at the rear, is my car a 2.5 litre rather than a 2.4 litre ?

I am not sure that there was 2.5 liter Volvo engine in 98. . I belive that in 98 turbo was 2.3 and N/A 2.4. PO could switch badges
