Hi there, new to this forum, you all seem to have some very good info can anybody help me???

I have an S70 2.5D SE 140bhp, Diesel

Its done 198000 miles, and runs great with plenty of power

there is some oil leaking underneath the engine, although not alot more of a few drips every day.


It has never had a noise and I just gave it a full service, 10/40 semi synthetic oil, new filter, pollen filter, discs, pads, battery, wishbone, caliper and rear handbrake shoes.

The noise is on tickover, its like a tappet would sound on a petrol maybe a bit louder. The oil is on MAX as always,

any suggestions guys ???
